Two autopsy specimens from the 1940s, the first from a forty year old woman found dead, with her head comfortably set on pillows, inside the gas oven of her kitchen. She had been increasingly worried over her inability to present her husband with a child, the advent of war and financial difficulties precipitating her suicide. No clinical details are available for the second specimen.
