A 1971 autopsy specimen from the Dreadnought hospital. The specimen, an incidental finding, comprises a male urethra the whole length of which shows involvement bybilharzia. The urethra has been laid open to show extensive superficial ulceration and irregularity, with multiple dark granular patches on the mucosal aspect. There is accompanying fibrous thickening of the wall of the urethra.
