A surgical resection specimen from a 35 year old man. He presented with right hypochondrial pain of 10 months duration. Although apparently fit and well, with no previous medical history, he was an obsessive bodybuilder who regularly used anabolic steroids. Imaging showed a solitary 3cm space occupying lesion. A partial hepatectomy was performed and post-oprecovery was uneventful.
